Mrs Satpal Sandhu is an accomplished educator, a dedicated mother of four and the founder of One Learning Tuition. With over two decades of experience in education, she has created centres that combine academic excellence with personalised support, fostering confidence, resilience and a love of learning in every student.

A science graduate, Mrs Sandhu began her teaching career as a Kumon instructor, where she gained extensive experience in structured learning, individualised instruction and student progression. Over ten years she developed a deep understanding of how children learn best and how to adapt teaching strategies to their unique needs.

Driven by the vision to provide a more flexible, curriculum‑aligned approach, she developed her own programme, integrating the UK National Curriculum with step‑by‑step personalised guidance. She also expanded the programme to include a dedicated Science stream, supporting students through GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

As a mother of four, Mrs Sandhu has personally guided her own children through 7+, 11+, SATs and GCSEs, giving her a unique insight into both the academic and emotional challenges children face. This experience informs her empathetic and effective teaching approach, helping students not just achieve grades, but also grow in confidence and engagement at school.
